John Maroney 

At the heart of the IBIC team is its' owner, John Maroney.  John serves as the Chief Executive Officer, Production Manager and Director of Creative Services. John is present on-site for all videotaping, meetings, & editing and is totally hands on with all clients.  His wife  worked for years as a Registered Nurse, but currently assists with the script writing and serves as an advisor to Process Safety Management and video related health content. She has served as the office manager and keeps the business on track when the production team is out on location. His two sons have also been active members of the production  team.
